NATURAL WAYS TO GET RID OF DARK CIRCLES

Dark circles not only make you look tired but also ruin the beauty of your face. Sometimes even after taking sound sleep, those unwanted circles won’t fade away. But before coming to the natural ways to cure dark circles, firstly have a look at the causes of dark circles which are as follows:

– Lack of sleep and fatigue
– Oversleeping

– Allergies(itchy or dry eyes) and Asthma
– The strain on your eyes

– Iron deficiency
– Too much exposure to the sun without using any protection

Following are some of the ways to get rid of dark circles naturally :

– ALMOND OIL
Almond oil is rich in vitamin e which helps to lighten dark circles. It makes your skin soft and supple. Apply almond oil over your dark circles and massage gently before bedtime and leave it overnight. Wash it off next morning and repeat this daily until they fade away.

– TOMATO
Tomatoes have natural bleaching properties which help for skin lightening. It helps to revitalise the eye area and is very effective to fade away dark circles. Just mix 1 tsp of tomato juice with 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and apply this mixer around your eyes. Leave it for about 10 minutes and then wash it with cold water. Do this twice on daily basis.

– RAW POTATO
Like the tomato, potato also has natural bleaching property which helps to lighten your skin and also prevent puffiness around your eyes. Simply extract the juice of raw potato and apply it to the affected area around your eyes. Let it sit for about 15-20 minutes and wash with normal water. Just make it a part of your daily skincare routine until they are gone.

– ALOE VERA GEL
Aloe vera gel helps to nourish the skin and reduce the pigmentation around eyes. Use a small amount of aloe vera gel and massage thoroughly. Then after 15 minutes wipe it off with a damp cotton pad. Do this daily to hydrate and fade away those unwanted dark circles.

– GREEN TEA BAG
Green tea is rich in antioxidants which helps to stimulate blood circulation and shrinks your blood vessels. This helps to make your skin around your eyes more fresh and vibrant. Your dark circles and puffiness diminish with its regular use. Soak these tea bags in warm water for about 5-10 minutes and then refrigerate it for 10 minutes. Now place them on your eyes for 5-10 minutes and rinse.

– COLD MILK
Milk contains lactic acid which helps to diminish fine lines and wrinkles and makes skin soft and firm. Take 2 cotton pads and dip it in cold milk. Squeeze out the excess and place it on your eyes while covering the affected area. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse. Repeat it daily for effective results.

– CUCUMBER SLICES
Cucumber helps to contract the skin tissues and it is one of the best coolants which also helps to reduce puffiness. Just place cucumber slices on your eyelids for about 5-10 minutes and rinse it off with normal water.
