Acne forms when your pores become clogged with dead skin cells, sebum, and bacteria. Instead of other skin types, oily or combination skin types are more prone to acne. Salicylic Acid is one of the very effective anti-acne ingredients which helps to remove dead skin cell that clogs pores and causes acne. Whereas benzoyl peroxide is another effective ingredient for acne. So go for the spot treatment with the product having these ingredients. Consistent use can do wonders for your skin.

– CHECK OUT YOUR DIET AND WATER INTAKE
Some food products like pasta, pizza, or other junk cause a sudden increase in insulin leads to the production of more pore-clogging cells and sebum. This increases the chances of breakouts. Have more fruits and green veggies in your diet, as they are rich in antioxidants and also help to boost the quality of your skin. And also limit your dairy intake. Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins from your body to promote overall health and get clearer skin.

– MAINTAIN GOOD HYGIENE
Cross-contamination leads to more breakouts, so it’s very important to maintain good hygiene like changing your pillow covers, clean up your makeup brushes, wipe off your phone screen, change your face towel, cleanse your face especially after exercise etc. This may really help to reduce acne.
